Thank you for our perfect stay in Paris. The location is very comfortable to commute to the most famous places in the city. Breakfast has all range of products, especially was happy to have fresh juices, avocado and fresh tasty pastries 🥐. All the staff is nice, friendly and happy to help. Enjoyed my stay and definitely will come back. Merci

I have been a guest of this hotel for few months with several colleagues, as we come to Paris often, and every time I asked how to discuss corporate rates. The person at the desk would suggest to send an email. I did, multiple times, for 4 months. This time the person at the desk finally decided to follow up with the person in charge for the bookings. So I received the corporate rates, that strangely in some instances are more expensive than the price on Booking for the same dates. I pointed out their corporate rates make no sense: no reply from customer service for days. Really appalling customer service. The hotel is nice but there are many others like this that actually reply to customers and understand the value of business travelers.

Absolutely loved Hotel Bassano! Every person we interacted with from the staff was warm and welcoming. The hotel location is incredible, a short walk to incredible restaurants and sites. Would highly highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful four- night stay at Hotel Bassano. The staff were all so helpful, friendly, and professional, the breakfast was amazing, and the location is ideal for getting around Paris. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

Hotel was booked via my company but for personal travel, I would not book again due to value for money... but all in all, clean hotel, it has everything you needed. I had a room on the 2nd (25) floor facing a Bistro... it was very loud, eapecially towards after midnight when people got a bit drunk you could hear everything from the streets...

If you want to suffer all night from heat while spending money, this is the place to go. The AC doesn't function and they know that very well, and pretend that they are working on it. I got an infection in my throat and my allergy got active from the hot air coming out from AC fan. Worst hotel experience everrrr.

It is really an excellent Hotel to visit París, easy to go walking to Arch the Triumph, Torre Eiffel, and Champs Ellisey to arrive to Louvre. Confortable, clean, super breakfast, near you can visit a lot of good Restaurants.

Very disappointed. Hotel is not as advertised. Very uncomfortable bedding, noisy rooms, and not well maintained. But staff were friendly and bathroom products were nice with a good location.

Very psitively surprised. Very good breakfast. Made an upgrade by myself and this room was very spacious for Paris standards. The bed was very hard, that’s the only negative thing. The hotel is 550m from the Arc de Triomf. Magnigique! You can walk to the Eifel Tower and Montmartre. Ubers are great to use in Paris. The hotel is very good, Nice and fruendly staff menners and great breakfast. Would come back.

Hotel receptionist Jasmine has been very helpful since we arrived at the hotel , rooms are clean , I booked the family suite as I came with my husband & 2kids I liked the privacy of the room . breakfast was good decent selection . I will be recommending this hotel & will come back again for sure . Thanks to the English speaking staff esp to Jasmin .

I usually stay outside of Paris when I am working, but as I was with my daughter, who hadn't visited, we stayed in the centre. The hotel Bassano is a really lucky find. Right near to all the sights and small and cosy with fantastic service. I was totally smitten. You literally can't fault anything about it! We will definitely be back!

I stayed at the Hotel Bassona to celebrate my wife's birthday. I arranged everything in advance via telephone calls and emails to ensure everything I required to be actioned in readiness of my arrival to the hotel would be absolutely perfect. Jazz the customer services manager was absolutely amazing and a true professional. She is a credit to your company and she done everything I requested and delivered 100% on everything. Jazz made my wife's birthday celebrations so special and I am totally grateful to Jazz. Jazz also soeaks suoerb English and has alot of knowledge and expertise. Jazz knows what she is doing very well and she is a Diamond. My wife and I both enjoyed the high standards of your hotel and the customer service is something your hotel should be proud of because your customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend the Bassano Hotel and I will always stay at the Hotel Bassano Hotel from now on when I visit Paris.

Lovely clean Hotel, Lovely staff. Rooms are clean and spaceous for Paris standarts. Champs Elysees, Arc d'triomph not even a 10 min walk. The eiffel tower 15 min walk! Parking was also great and nice price for Paris! We would like to thank the Staff, Madeleine for her exceptionel service! Joshua, Vincent, and we forgot his name Santhe I think (parking). They are very helpfull with everything. We'll definitly book this hotel again.

Amazing stay at the hotel. Lovely staff who are always willing to help and make your stay more pleasant. The location is great. Easy walking distance to Champs Elysees, Arc the Triomphe and the Eiffeltower. Also lot of restaurants and a bakery around. Even parking the car was easily done via this hotel

We had a really hard time booking for Paris prior to finding BENEPLACE through my company (where I found Bassano); we were arriving by train on Dec 30 for 2 nights, to ring in the New Year. Bookingcom showed this hotel at a much higher rate than BENEPLACE. THIS IS SUCH A NICE HOTEL! The old building had a lot of charm, but everything was clean, new and well designed. The view was great and people were friendlier for New Years! We got the corner room, breakfast was delicious.

I think the best thing about this hotel was the staff, they were polite, courteous and always helpful and willing to help with everything. The second best thing was definitely the breakfast, although it was "Basic" it was very satisfying, it had everything I needed to get my day going :-) Thanks a lot, I enjoyed my stay at hotel Bassano!

This is a gem of a hotel in fantastic location. It's within walking distance of so many sights & handy for the Metro too. The Receptionist was very friendly and reminded us that we had a free bottle of champagne as part of our 3 night stay, which when delivered to the room was perfectly chilled. Breakfast was included and the selection was very good. All in all we loved this hotel and would definitley stay there again on any future trips to Paris.

I rented this room as on Booking.com showed it had a cleaned award. It was not the case at all. I requested no decorative pillows and no thrown as well as a very cleaned room without hairs. It was all ignored. I arrived, the room was dirty. I called housekeeping and we found 14 hairs on the bed. She changed the sheets with my help. I never allowed them in anymore. SO dirty. The room was not up to standards. Paint was peeling off, carpet was ripped off, hot water worked sometimes, dirty. Absolutely not good. The next day I came late, I asked for the trash to be removed if anyone was available. Nobody was so I removed my own trash. Next day I received a rude message telling me cleaning timings. Because the hotel was so dirty, I did not use any facilities. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything. No managers around to speak with. Very disappointing

Nous avons été accueillis de façon rapide est efficace. Notre séjour s’est déroulé parfaitement et l’équipe est toujours très disponible. Nous recommandons cet hôtel c’est notre deuxième séjour à l’hôtel Bassono et ça ne sera pas le dernier. Il est à noter que l’emplacement est juste super quand on veut tout faire a pied car l’hôtel est très bien placé à côté des champs.
