    Picasso Primitif

“Picasso Primitif” is the exhibition held at the Musée du quai Branly - Jacques Chirac, until July 23rd, 2017, and that throws light on the strange relationship of the popular artist Pablo Picasso with non-European art. It also provides a comparative view of the work of this famous art figure with works by non-European artists, uncovering the great convergence between them.

Diverse objects including interesting documents, various photographs, letters, as well as many other unique items from Picasso’s private collection are on display at the Galerie Jardin of the museum on this special occasion.

Set in the 7th arrondissement of the city, the Musée du quai Branly is only a few minutes’ walk from our Sister Hotels Champs Elysees Paris, which makes it a favorable opportunity for you to visit the museum and see this important exhibition.

The exhibition is organized by the musée du quai Branly - Jacques Chirac, in collaboration with the Musée National Picasso-Paris.
