    Portraits by Cézanne

A travelling exhibition featuring work by the popular French Post-Impressionist painter Paul Cézanne (1839 – 1906) will be hosted from June 13th until September 24th, 2017, at the Musée d’Orsay, in Paris.

Through more than 50 remarkable portraits, the exhibition, which is called “Portraits by Cézanne”, will give attendees the opportunity to explore the pictorial and thematic characteristics of Cézanne’s paintings, his use of complementary pairs and his strong focus on creating multiple versions of the same subject matter.

The exhibition is organized by the Musée d’Orsay, the National Portrait Gallery in London and the National Gallery of Art of Washington. Just mark it on your calendar if you’re staying at our Sister Hotels Champs Elysées Paris.
